Isabella's House

The apartment had a lot of charm and potential, but we ran into a few problems. Cockroaches were scurrying around the kitchen, not a lot, but enough to bother us. Water dripped from the living area AC onto the floor, so we couldn’t really use it, though the bedroom units worked fantastically. Someone knocked, then immediately opened the door and walked in without giving us a chance to answer. I don’t know why. If they fixed these little issues, it could be a really nice place.

They made my first trip with my baby easy, and the staff were wonderful. When rain caught us by surprise, someone even lent me their personal umbrella. We had a really cool room with a huge balcony. The floors could have been cleaner, but it was a large flat with a kitchen and the rest of it was clean overall. We had a great time at this hotel.

We could hear every sound from the neighbors upstairs and next door, even their shower running. Inside, the bathroom and the whole apartment smelled damp and moldy. It felt like the owners had covered the place with a few coats of paint for the photos instead of renovating when needed. There was dirt everywhere, holes, chipped paint, and dust under the bed, which gives you an idea of how little attention cleaning gets. The apartments were run-down and filthy, a nightmare of a stay. It was obvious nobody had taken care of the place.

The location near the park and other notable spots was the only decent part of this hotel. Our room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for the previous guests, apart from the towels being changed. There were crumbs on the chairs and tables, and paint was peeling from the ceiling and walls, which badly need renovation. The internet was painfully slow at 2.5 mbps, so even YouTube’s home page wouldn’t load, never mind videos. And the minibar was wildly overpriced, 3 euro for a bottle of water? Lol. Otherwise, it was awful.
