VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We tried to rent a 3 bed apartment through this agency, but the whole thing felt shady. Nobody at the office knew anything about it. After a lot of calls and emails, we finally reached “Coralie,” who said the place was available and asked our ages. Once we told her we were all in our mid thirties, she changed her mind for some reason and told us to rent somewhere else. If I owned the apartment, I wouldn't be happy to learn it was sitting empty because an agent turned clients away without a reason. Coralie, if this is how you treat clients, I can see why you don't want to give out your phone number. In response to the reply: That's simply not true, Coralie. If it were, you wouldn't have accepted us as guests in the first place. The commission wasn't an issue, and there isn't even a portal for renting an apartment directly from the agency. There were several reasons we were upset, and it's unfortunate you still don't see that. Blaming clients when they raise a problem or feedback, or questioning their honesty as an excuse, isn't professional. Hopefully this review helps you improve your customer service. I'm sorry to hear about your scam problems in Barcelona, but unfortunately that doesn't excuse a lack of professionalism.

Buying our first home could have been daunting, but Joaquin made everything easy. He treated us in a friendly, honest way and was always willing to show us the flat as many times as we needed.
