Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona GL

We were lucky to get an upgrade to Suite 125, a lovely surprise. The views over Passeig de Gràcia were stunning in the mornings, and people-watching from above in the afternoons was just as special. What a vibrant, beautiful city. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, and we really didn’t want to get up. Housekeeping was flawless, with a wonderful turndown service each evening. My husband especially loved the chocolates, a lot 😂. Every member of staff, from the doormen and reception to the pool staff and breakfast restaurant team, treated us warmly and professionally. We’d just checked out after an incredible stay at Majestic, where we felt cared for from the moment we walked in. It was a memorable stay that made us feel spoiled throughout. We can’t wait to return for longer next time.

Dani, the breakfast manager, made our stay unforgettable. He anticipated what we needed, remembered every detail, and thought ahead so we rarely had to ask. His service, professionalism, intuition, and genuine care were extraordinary. Everyone at the Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona made us feel truly welcome and valued, with a level of kindness and attention we hadn’t experienced before. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the hospitality completely exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. We travel often and have stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, but this was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had anywhere. The Majestic Hotel & Spa has redefined luxury hospitality for us. It’ll be hard not to compare other places with the standard this hotel, and especially Dani, set. We will never stay anywhere else in Barcelona.

Evi made us feel welcome and valued every time we visited. We ate twice at TERRAZA LA DOLCE VITAE on the rooftop and also had meals in the hotel's majestic lobby, and she took such good care of us each time. She’s warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely sweet, always greeting us with a smile. Thanks, Evi, for making our meals memorable. My first trip to Barcelona was for our honeymoon, and my first stay at this hotel came highly recommended by my father. My parents stay here every summer and love it, and now I understand why. I’m proud to say I’ve joined them. Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona gave us a warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. The comfort, safety, and services all exceeded our expectations. Abdel and David deserve special thanks for being kind, professional, and making everything easy for us. All the staff were amazing, and the hotel has become very special to me.
