The apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped, and we could walk to both Park Guell and the Sagrada Familia. We asked for early check-in but they couldn’t arrange it. The big lockers were useful for storing our things in the meantime. The room itself just needed more toilet paper and towel changes, which would be easy to fix. Check-in was a hassle: the touchscreen didn’t work, so we had to do it by phone, and it took a while in a small, very hot waiting room.

Having a playpen/crib set up for my baby was such a nice surprise. The apartment had a full kitchen and useful amenities, and there were supermarkets nearby. Sagrada Familia and the metro were only a short walk away. I didn’t have trouble with noise, apart from other guests coming in and out of the building early in the morning. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a water problem, but a technician was already working on it after 15 minutes. The customer service was responsive and keen to help. Self check-in worked perfectly, and having a self-storage area in the hall was handy. The apartment was nice and well priced in a great location. It wasn’t the cleanest, but it was passable. I’d certainly suggest it for a few days in this great city :)

There are bus stops and metro stations nearby, along with grocery stores and places to eat. It’s close to Sagrada Familia, where you can find what you need, though the walk back uphill from there is worth keeping in mind. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well set up, and everything was neat and clean. Check-in is online, so don’t expect anyone to be there in person. The owner sends all the instructions.
