The location is hard to beat, and the rooms are amazing. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. They sorted out last-minute tours, shopping appointments, and taxis whenever we needed them. We also loved having breakfast on the rooftop each day. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the hotel went well beyond it. We'll absolutely be back!

We couldn't check in early because of the hotel's capacity, but the staff welcomed us and held our bags so we could start exploring Barcelona straight away. The rooftop breakfast was great, and checkout was quick and simple. The hotel was lovely and very clean, with polite, professional staff ready to help. I'd definitely stay again if I'm back in Barcelona.

We had a wonderful time at Monument Hotel. It was spotless, the service was outstanding, and everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. The team deserves a special thank you for making my wife’s birthday feel extra special. Their thoughtful touches meant a lot and made the stay even more memorable. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.

We felt right at home here, and the family suite worked especially well with small kids. It had separate rooms, big bathrooms, and a shared living area with a kitchen and fridge. The rooms were beautifully kept, and we liked having breakfast and a restaurant on site. Shops and places to eat are an easy walk away. I'd happily stay again.

We'd gladly book the Monument Hotel again if we come back to Barcelona. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely courteous. It's also easy to walk to shops and good restaurants from its spot on Passeig de Gràcia. Inside, the hotel feels clean and modern, and the carved marble staircase in the center is a beautiful sight.
