The team made both meals feel easy and welcoming with our baby. They even offered steamed rice for her, though she unexpectedly took quite a liking to the tartare. The staff were attentive and caring, which made dining with a young child enjoyable. I’ve been to other Nobu restaurants around the world, and the food here met the brand’s expected standard. The service at Nobu Barcelona felt warmer, more personal and genuinely friendly, while still giving the place a sophisticated atmosphere. We went twice during our stay, first with our baby and then again with my husband and our baby because we’d enjoyed it so much. We especially liked the tartare, the range of maki, the famous blackened cod and the cocktails. A really memorable meal, and we’d gladly come back again and again.

Mossin, Abdul and Jefry really took initiative, helping with the luggage for our group of 40 and getting it onto the bus, all with smiles and such a friendly attitude. Our guests were very impressed. Please thank them again for us. The security guard watching the luggage also helped us feel safe and looked after. Top notch service from the bellmen and the team. I work at a casino in Las Vegas, and we brought a VIP group to Nobu for a cruise. As soon as we came downstairs for the bus to the cruise port, the bellmen were ready to help.

There was a bathroom maintenance issue, but the team were incredibly attentive and the service was fantastic. Pedro gave us a very warm welcome, and manager Munir was professional and friendly when dealing with anything that came up. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

The city view from our 17th-floor room was great, and the tea and wet towel on arrival were nice touches. We mainly booked because we had a dinner reservation at the restaurant, but the rooftop bar suggested in the picture eluded us. At €415 a night, I expected more than one bath towel each. After showering before dinner on a hot day, turndown service never came, so we had to reuse damp towels the next morning. Check-in took ages for no apparent reason. We were still full from dinner when we left for Sants and our train home. The location is convenient, but the price feels closer to Passeig de Gracia, which is a much nicer area. Next time, I think we’ll spend the €100 on an Uber home.
