The owners were helpful, and the place was clean and quiet. I stayed several nights last year in a great spot in Gothis Quarter. People keep asking me where they should stay!

I felt at home during my four nights here. Abel, the host, was really friendly and shared lots of useful information about the city. Pension canadiense is clean, quiet, and well located, and it’s an ideal place for a short stay in barcelona.

The sign for this pension is tiny, so look at the door to find it. Don’t look above or expect a large sign in the sky. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean, and the price was reasonable. It’s close to the metro and right in the middle of the sightseeing spots.

A lovely place in central Barcelona. The owners are very nice, and the rooms are cleaned really well. Just be aware there’s no fridge.

The location was excellent, especially with la merce festival happening. The place was spotless, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. They really seemed to have our best interests at heart. I’d happily recommend it and would love to return.
