We woke to piano music each morning, with a view from the balcony. The apartment's in a fantastic spot, and the staff were accommodating and very helpful. The amenities were great, and both the beds and pillows were comfortable.

We had plenty of room for three, and the flat was comfortable and fully equipped. Shops and places to eat are just steps away, in a perfect location. We're really glad we chose Aspasios Rambla Catalunya and would strongly recommend it.

The team made the stay stress free, whether I contacted them by phone or email. The apartment was super clean, had everything we needed, and was in a safe spot among lovely buildings. Aspacios was one of the main reasons I decided to travel to Barcelona. Thanks so much to the staff.

The manager was rude, including when we were checking out. We'd packed the night before and cleaned the apartment, but when my son, who had a cold, needed a little more time to use the bathroom, he told us, “I'll give you two minutes!” He came back after two minutes, knocking and insisting we leave. The air conditioning didn't work properly, there wasn't adequate heating or soundproofing, and we couldn't sleep well with the city center so close. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially for anyone traveling with children or elderly relatives. Getting into the apartment was another ordeal. The elevator is tiny and fits only one person with a suitcase, and the stairs are exhausting, with the climb starting very soon after the second floor. More than a month before arrival, we told the staff our flight was in the morning and asked if access would be possible at 9:00 AM. They said there'd be no problem, but nobody was there when we arrived. After many calls, the person in charge said the apartment wouldn't be ready until 4:00 PM, although no one was inside. Nobody answered when we rang or knocked, so we had to wait out on the street from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The staff were also terribly slow to respond.
