Ernesto at the front desk was so helpful our whole stay that whenever our group was choosing where to go, we'd ask, “Is that Ernesto approved?” The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were great about accommodating us. I'm here on my first solo trip and had only booked one night, but liked it enough to add another. Reception was extremely helpful, and breakfast this morning felt like five-star treatment. The staff are great. My room is amazing, with a big TV, a great shower, and fluffy, cosy towels. There was a small bathroom leak, but maintenance came up straight away.

More than half the floors are being renovated, so expect dust, mess, and building noise from around 7 a.m. The room itself was basic and not especially clean. In January it was cold because the central heating didn't work, the safe was out of order, and shower water wouldn't drain. At least the location was very good, it wasn't too noisy despite facing the street, and the staff were friendly enough.

The staff were welcoming, and the rooms were very nice. It's centrally located and very good value.
