We spent three months in a lovely apartment in Gracia, Barcelona, through RentBCN in 2021. The area had a warm, welcoming community and a really good vibe, with restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. The metro was just a five-minute walk away. The apartment had everything we needed: furniture, internet, a washing machine, a kitchen, two bathrooms, sheets, and towels. RentBCN's staff were kind and helpful. They helped us plan the trip, met us when we arrived, explained everything, and were there for questions during our stay. I highly recommend RentBCN and Gracia. It's such a friendly, fun part of Barcelona.

Shops, cafes, restaurants, and all the amenities we needed were right around the apartment, which is in a great location. Silvia and her team were professional and easy to communicate with. Whenever we needed help, they got back to us quickly. I can't recommend them enough!

The conditions were horrible and VERY VERY DIRTY. They charged 100 euro to our card, saying it was for “leaving garbage in the garbage cans.” I think they stole it.

We neighbors are tired of some of the inconsiderate people you rent apartments to. There are parties, shouting, and loud music at all hours, even early in the morning. This used to be a quiet neighborhood, and we don't want this noise. If it keeps happening, we'll take appropriate action.
