The residence is in a good spot, and the company was one of the few things I liked. But for what it costs, the services fall short. Other residences offer a kitchenette, or even a bathroom, in your room, and some of the food here is disappointing, even when the dishes are simple. The air conditioning wasn't fixed until the very end of the nine-month academic year. Some winter nights were unbearable, and the heat this past month made the problem noticeable again. More than half the vending machine items are unavailable. There's also a water dispenser near the kitchen for refilling bottles, but it's locked at night, so you can be stuck without a refill. If you have time to look around and make a sensible choice, I'd pick somewhere else.

Some rooms were tiny, and a few didn't even have windows. The online photos seemed designed to mislead. There were bugs in the bathrooms, the dryer never worked, and the washing machine left clothes smelling awful and musty. The place was filthy, the food was frozen and often poor, and the rooms felt like a complete rip-off. The “caretaker,” if that title even fits her contract, which she doesn't have because she's undocumented, spent her time on her phone or watching TV instead of doing anything. One of the worst places I've stayed. I'd never return or recommend it to anyone.
If you've got time to plan for next year, find another residence with a much better price-quality ratio. This place seems to be the last-minute option for people dealing with difficulties getting into university, and my own experience felt frankly disrespectful. The food might be somewhat acceptable if you're lucky with the cook. But the whole thing comes down to this: THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE'S NEEDS.
I'd choose the room by the exit, the best one you can get. Then you can leave as soon as you arrive. That's about all I can add to the other reviews. The caregivers are nice and responsible, but the organization is terrible, from both the administrators and the two people running the residence. Much of what you pay goes toward the location, and, if you're lucky, the company. PS: YES, I am a resident of the residence.
It's a small residence, so it feels almost like home. Clean, welcoming, and well connected. I highly recommend it.
