The room was clean, and so were the bathrooms, as much as you can expect when sharing them with others. But they didn't provide enough toilet paper for all the guests, and there were several days when we had none at all. That's unacceptable. After I called several times to complain, they told us to use kitchen paper towels until they brought more rolls the next day. They did bring a few more rolls then, and I really hope they change this going forward. That's why I can't give it 4 stars.

The room and bathroom cleanliness was awful. We booked a double but were given a very dirty twin room, and the listing never said the bathroom would be shared with at least 10 other people. The laundry on the balcony was included, but it stayed locked the whole time, so we couldn't wash our clothes. We had air conditioning, though they didn't give us the remote until two days later. We asked for clean extra towels because the ones provided were dirty and got nowhere. Staff never picked up our calls after the first day, when they came to hand over the keys. Terrible, I'd give zero stars if I could.
