The staff were friendly and tried to help, and I appreciated that they eventually gave me two days of free breakfast. But too many things went wrong, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel or return on another Barcelona trip. Our room was booked for two people, but their system showed only one. They found a solution, then the heating didn't work. They didn't believe me, and we spent two freezing nights. We were finally moved to another room where the heating worked, but after that our key cards kept disconnecting, and I had to go back several times to get them fixed.

Breakfast was a real treat, especially the fresh-squeezed juice in the morning. Everything was wonderful. There was a little street noise, but it didn't spoil the stay. Highly recommended!

27th on 28 of april 2026 All the receptionists did a good job, though Thomas, the Argentinian guy on the night shift, stood out for his easy, knowledgeable service. A younger South American Spanish-speaking cleaning lady was attentive too, though I don't know her name.

The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had, and the room had thoughtful complimentary items and a comfy bed. I stayed one night on my own, and the staff were lovely. Tomas checked me in and was delightful. It's well placed for exploring central Barcelona without being in a noisy area. Great value, and I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The bedding was incredible, and the bathroom was amazing, with really good shower pressure. Waking up in a sun-drenched bed and seeing all that bright sunlight in the bathroom felt so romantic. It's such a boutiquey place in the heart of Barcelona. A special thank you to Tomas at reception. He's a polished young man who handled my electric incident with so much poise and professionalism. Thanks again, I'll be back.
