The apartment itself is modern, spacious, ergonomic, and in an excellent location. It could be well equipped, but several appliances were faulty. The dishwasher and microwave didn’t work, and I can provide a video. After I reported them, the first reply took over 24 hours, and staff needed access after 10am. The keyless entry never worked. I waited outside for 25 minutes until someone brought a physical key. Even after completing online check-in, I was told to go to the office to collect my own key because the mobile key didn’t work. The sink was clogged too, but the person bringing the key fixed it. The online check-in process was long and required every guest to check in separately. You couldn’t do it through the lead guest’s account. They required a special website and passport photos over WhatsApp, which was poorly designed and initially looked like a scam to me. Payment was also split into three steps. I don’t remember seeing a deposit in the listing, though I may have missed it. I didn’t agree to anyone entering while I was away, since a friend had been robbed in Barcelona at a different location. We had asked for no service, but staff came to clean and moved our personal things. All three of us disliked the duvet, which felt like cheap plastic or silicone, though that’s subjective. They never offered compensation.

The apartment was nice, and checking in was easy. Previous reviews about theft had put us off, but the admins confirmed that incidents had happened around New Year’s and that other buildings nearby were affected too. Nothing was stolen during our stay, and we had a pleasant visit.

The apartments are not clean, and the staff are not polite at all. Everything was very dirty and not fit for people. There’s no sense of safety, since anyone can get into the apartment easily. The toilets were filthy and covered in mold, so we couldn’t even shower. Young people were partying throughout the place, and nobody seemed to care. Stay away if safety and cleanliness matter to you.

We booked for 12 days, but the apartment was filthy, noisy, and nothing like the old photos used to advertise it. There was vomit on the beds, mold in the dishwasher, and broken items. Young people were partying, so it was very noisy. There was no cleaning during our stay, and we had to buy our own supplies because the cleaning equipment provided was moldy. We have photo proof of everything. Halfway through, we moved to a hotel, so we paid for the apartment without using it for the rest of the booking. I don’t think a place in this condition should be advertised at this price. Don’t book here.
