We had no electricity, and the host was slow to respond.

Getting in was straightforward: payment was online, the directions came through WhatsApp, and the key worked from a smartphone. The apartment itself feels roomy and cozy, with a park right across the street. The metro is about a 4-5-minute walk, and Mercadona and Lidl are roughly ten minutes away on foot. Communication with management was excellent. I’d recommend it.
