The apartment is awful, and the photo doesn’t match reality. The bathroom and kitchen lights didn’t work, neither did the air conditioning, and the sound insulation was terrible. My apartment’s windows faced the courtyard shaft. The service was terrible too. Staff were rude and didn’t resolve my problems. A different operator answered each time, and I couldn’t get any useful help. They refused the refund request over the apartment’s non-conformity. It isn’t worth the money they charge. Never book these apartments!

They let me into a room that had already been rented, with all the other guests’ belongings still there. What kind of service is that? I’ve been waiting on the phone for 30 minutes, and now I’m waiting for someone to come, who knows when.

It’s a great place, but I had trouble getting into the property. The booking company gave me very little information in advance.

Run down and in very poor shape. They still won’t issue an invoice, even after I asked ten times.
