10/10
It felt like good value for the cost. We were in a residential area that felt safe, with a bus stop about a minute away and the nearest metro roughly a five-minute walk. The hotel was modern, tidy and clean, and seemed to take sustainability seriously, with signs pointing to water coolers on several floors instead of bottled water. Our room was made up every day, so it was nice to come back to it freshly prepared. A comfortable stay.

We were really, really happy with our stay. Abigail even arranged a birthday surprise, so many thanks to her. The staff were top-notch, the rooms very clean, and the area was just as lovely. Hopefully we'll be back.

After a tiring trip, I turned up without a reservation. Even though it was a busy time, Benedetta quickly found me a room and got me checked in. The room was good, and there was complimentary drinking water and a few hot drinks in it.

I came back for a second stay within a couple of weeks, after having an operation at a nearby clinic. The hotel has a relaxing, high quality feel, with tasteful classic decor, and the prices weren't overly high. It's in a lovely part of Barcelona, and the place is immaculate. The staff are friendly too.

The main problem was how much noise carries between rooms. I could hear every step from the neighbors and every door opening and closing. The staff were great, the restaurant downstairs was nice, the shower was great, the beds were soft but firm, and the WiFi worked well.
