Axel TWO Barcelona Hotel - Adults Only

We spent three nights here and really enjoyed chatting by the terrace pool in the evenings. The other guests were very positive too, and this will always be my go-to place in Barcelona. Thank you for making our holiday so special. The neighborhood felt safe, with markets and restaurants nearby, and we walked to lots of places. The metro is only a two-minute walk away. Our spacious, well-designed room was very clean and got cleaned daily. We skipped breakfast and preferred eating at the local cafes. Gabriel at reception was like a local guide, sharing great tips. It was clear he loved his job, and his positive energy made it a pleasure to greet him each day.

The rooftop has a pool, bar, gym, and sauna. It was a little too chilly for us to spend time up there, but the views of our beloved Barcelona were stunning from every angle. We couldn't check in early, though once we saw the place, we understood why anyone would want to stay longer. The receptionist kindly kept our bags until check-in. Our sixth-floor room faced a lively street, but the soundproofing was perfect. It had everything we needed for a short stay, especially a huge, wonderfully comfortable bed. After long workdays and days off alike, we slept like babies. The room's interior had lots of interesting little details, and we fell in love with the pink carpets. A receptionist mentioned his birthday is March 13th. Sorry we didn't see you again, and happy birthday! Thanks to all the staff, with our gratitude and best wishes. Everything was perfect.

You can walk to a lot of places from here, and it's easy to reach public transport and the airport links. Reception staff are available for check-in and check-out. The stylish rooms were very clean, and even though ours faced the street, it was quiet enough to sleep well. There's a gym and pool on the roof. Recommended.
