Uma House by Yurbban Trafalgar

We had a pleasant, relaxing stay, and everything was organized smoothly from arrival through departure. Our room was modern, very clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help. The women at reception were especially kind and accommodating, and letting us check in early meant a lot. I'd happily choose this hotel again.

The hotel is ideally placed for walking to Sagrada Família, the Gothic Quarters, La Pedrera, La Boqueria, La Rambla, and more. The reservation staff at UMA House were quick and easy to deal with when I had questions. Once we arrived, the hotel staff were attentive and helpful. I'd stay here again if I'm back in Barcelona soon.

Yurbban Trafalgar is right in the center, easy to get around on foot, and the rooftop gives you a nice view over the city. The rooms are small but clean and well kept. You can request premium toiletries, and they provide a refillable glass bottle. There's a small gym and a rooftop pool and bar. Each day, the lobby hosts a complimentary cheese and wine hour with red wine, white wine, and sangria poured until it runs out. The staff were friendly. Still, I took off a star because the gentleman who checked us out said he'd pass along a bottle of wine we'd left for a guest we'd met during our stay, but that guest never got it. That was really disappointing.

Clean place, helpful and friendly staff, and a perfect location. I'm glad I didn't rent a car. They took care of my special requests, and the chocolate and flowers were just right. I'll be back for a longer stay. Thanks to the staff. A+.
