I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The apartment is central and fairly spacious for two or three people, and there was warm water. We could leave our bags at another location before check-in, which was helpful, but it was hard to find and we waited outside for a while before someone opened the door. The staff weren’t very friendly. We asked for an extra duvet, which they said they’d bring the next day, but it never arrived. The extra toilet paper we requested didn’t arrive either. The beds were unbelievably hard, like sleeping on the floor. There wasn’t much kitchen equipment, the faucet was very loose, and the washing machine was out of order. The bathroom was okay, though the shower was a bit small and had low pressure.

The calm atmosphere, with the university nearby, was one of my favorite things about this stay in Barcelona. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It’s also easy to reach the main attractions from this convenient location. A good fit if you want to feel close to city life without giving up comfort. I’d definitely come back.

NOT RECOMMENDED. I’ve never had a worse experience in a tourist apartment. The mattress was soaked in blood, and they still haven’t returned my deposit. Experiences like this are why I’ve stopped renting from this sector and now prefer hotels or private owners.

We’ve rented in this same building four times now, and our four-night stay was pleasant as usual. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, just a few meters from Las Remblas. My wife and I collected the keys from Jimky in Muntaner. She’s very kind and helpful, and each time she walks with us to the apartment to check that the amenities we want are available before she leaves. Thanks, Jimky.
