It’s convenient for Bonanza and Ibensa squares, the strip, and the seafront, and we got a reasonable price. The hotel is a bit dated, and the rooms could use some TLC. There are no balconies, but the rooms have everything you need and are kept very clean. We had a problem with the safe at first. Reception suggested we weren’t using it properly, so we told them we knew how to operate a safe. The maintenance man spent around half an hour getting it more or less working. Still, we had a nice week and would definitely return. 👍🏻

As a base, this place is perfect, and I’d stay again. Reception were great, the beds were comfortable, the shower was powerful, and there were UK TV channels and a kettle. The room was adequate since we only slept there, though the bedroom was tiny. The location is excellent for buses and the bars around the square. The beds weren’t changed during our week. We were out most of the day and only got back around 4, so paying €3 each every day for a lounger just to use it for an hour or so felt steep. It could get really pricey for a big family. By the pool, a few unpleasant people were shouting and swearing. One Irish woman was particularly vulgar, and it went on for quite a while. It was disgusting, especially if children were there. Staff should have said something.

We’re already planning our third visit this year. The apartment was clean and practical, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, with tea included in the price. The seafront, bars, and restaurants are all close by. Thanks to the management and staff, we’re looking forward to seeing you all again soon.
