We’re on day five of a week here with small children. The room is basic but good enough for our needs. I was disappointed that the safe costs 11 euros a day and there isn’t even a kettle. It’s just the room and nothing else. The location is probably the best thing about the hotel. The beach, shops, and restaurants are a short walk away, and it’s about a 40-minute walk to the marina, which is a nice stroll. The food is fine, with plenty of choice, so I can’t complain there. The coffee isn’t great for a coffee lover, though. Having to get our own drinks from the bar during meals is a hassle, especially while watching two small children. Dinner starts at 7.30pm, which feels too late for hungry, tired kids. The pool has some great slides and a smaller area for little ones, but it felt too crowded next to other people and wasn’t an enjoyable experience for me. We chose the beach instead. Evening entertainment starts with a children’s disco at 8.30pm. The entertainers, especially the man, are really good with the kids. After that, we’ve seen bingo, a raffle, and flamenco dancers. I’d definitely come back to the area, but not this hotel. It’s just not for me personally.

The kids loved the activities in the kids club, with lots of different choices, and the pools were brilliant. It was just hot walking around, so I’d recommend swimming shoes. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean and tidy, with fab facilities. We had an amazing holiday.

We stayed for 10 nights and had a lovely holiday. The hotel was clean, the staff were lovely, and the entertainment team went above and beyond for the kids. We liked the food, especially the Mexican-themed night. Everything is close by, which makes things easier for little kids and anyone with health conditions, and the beach is just down the road. I’d definitely come again. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

The location is hard to beat, about five minutes from the beach and a few bars, and a taxi to Bonanza Square or Benalmadena Park costs 7 euros. The rooms are clean and a good size. Staff are lovely, polite and helpful, and the kids club is fun and welcoming.

There’s plenty for kids to do, and the staff are friendly. The hotel is clean and the food is okay, but I wouldn’t call it a four-star hotel. The walls are so thin you hear everyone and everything, and I’ve been woken up during the night regularly. If sleep matters to you, I wouldn’t stay here. I’m here now, April 26.
