Be very careful. After I booked the room on Booking without free cancellation, they asked me to sign a contract through a third-party website. It had unreasonable rules, check-in charges, and a huge deposit, and they said they weren’t responsible even for a fire at the property. Their own website didn’t work, yet they directed me to pay through another platform. They also didn’t answer my questions about check-in. This goes against Booking.com policy!
Avoid this place. The apartment was dark, the facilities were awful, the service minimal, the internet didn’t work, and the appliances were old. There was no balcony despite the advertising, and people next door partied until 3am. I found cockroaches twice in one week. It’s far too expensive for what you get, and seems suited to students who don’t mind night noise and puke in the hallway. A horrible stay, I wouldn’t recommend it.
The apartment itself is nice to visit, but we had a bad time with a fire alarm that kept sounding for around 4 hours, and the owners did nothing. It’s a pleasant place, though don’t count on reaching the owner quickly. I’d say the average response takes about 12 hours.
The apartment’s in a really good location and has the basic supplies you need. It could use a little touch-up, but for this price it’s totally okay 👌 H2M’s customer service is in another league, five stars for you girls! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It’s a beautiful apartment, and the management is good. They listened and tried to address the issues, but the internet kept disconnecting for a few minutes at a time, and they still couldn’t fix it after I complained. The bathroom lighting is dim.
