The rooms were comfortable and clean, with everything we needed, and the beach and park were close by. The downside was the noise from cleaners working in nearby apartments in the morning. They also took a 100 euro deposit at check-in, which still hadn’t come back three days after checkout. I emailed reception to ask why, but got no reply.

The rooms at Royal Oasis Club were spacious, clean, and modern. But the way the website described the amenities left us, as non-European guests, thinking the hot tub and gym came with the stay. At check-in, Daniel told us they weren’t included. We showed him the website, and he agreed it was confusing, saying we could use the hot tub at no charge. When we went back for access, he changed course and charged us extra for the hot tub and gym. We asked to speak to his manager, and Daniel emailed them, but the manager never responded. That experience spoiled our stay. Read the included amenities carefully, because they’ll add charges when they get the chance.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed: cooker, microwave, washer, dishwasher, and filtered water on tap. The beds were comfortable, and it was so quiet and peaceful. Any issues with noisy neighbours were dealt with straight away. Daniel welcomed us when we arrived and was brilliant throughout, always happy to help. We also enjoyed the pool, gym, sauna, garden, and restaurant, which served lovely food in a calm setting. It’s only two minutes from the beach and a 15-minute walk to the marina. We’ve just come back from a fantastic week and would absolutely recommend the place. We’ll book again. Thanks to everyone.

My son, daughter and I had a fantastic three-night stay. The apartment had every facility we could want, plus there’s a fully equipped gym and sauna. We’d highly recommend giving it a try, and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks for a brilliant weekend.
