Be careful. She’s closed her business and has nothing to lose. Someone unstable running a business is very dangerous! She kept our deposit and lied to us and manipulated us. We’re two young women who came here for work, and she took advantage of us. We didn’t see any bills until after we’d moved out. She made up a story about returning our deposit later, but five months have gone by and we’re still waiting. She doesn’t answer messages or calls. If you have a problem with the apartment, be prepared to wait. If you’re lucky, she might answer a week later. She’s gone bankrupt and no longer has the business premises, so there’s nowhere to find her if something goes wrong. People in the valley already know about her. Don’t be as naive as we were. When we talked to people, their faces changed. You could tell this wasn’t the first time she’d caused trouble.

The apartment was dirty, with a broken toilet seat, a broken handle on the other bedroom door, and a ceiling light in the main bedroom that didn’t work. The inner courtyard was flooded too. My son is allergic to dust and kept sneezing, so we cleaned what we could and sent photos after reporting everything to the office and by email. They said someone would come on Monday, but we couldn’t wait that long. They apologized and said they’d arrange compensation. We left on Wednesday without anything being fixed, and two weeks later we still hadn’t heard about compensation for the trouble or the apartment’s poor condition. They also haven’t answered my last email.

We rented from this agency for the winter season and went two and a half months without hot water in Linsoles, in winter. They were supposed to return our deposit and part of the rent, but they put us off four or five times, went on vacation, and stopped replying. Once they finally got back to us, they said they DIDN'T HAVE THE MONEY TO RETURN WHAT THEY OWED US! We eventually got it back after a lot of pressure, but dealing with all of this cost us a huge amount of time and energy. A complete disaster and the worst experience I’ve had with a real estate agency. They’re disorganized, and the owner is incredibly rude. I really don’t recommend them. They’re very unprofessional and completely incompetent.

The agency was excellent, always attentive and making sure we had what we needed for our days skiing. The apartment was fantastic and well equipped, especially the kitchen and facilities. I’d definitely stay here again.
