Llibrada

The hotel wasn’t too bad, and we were pleased with it until we had to check out early. We stayed two nights but were charged for all six, and they refused to refund anything. Booking.com, which we booked through, had agreed to a refund on this occasion, but the hotel wouldn’t reply to them. They haven’t replied to any of my emails either. I won’t return because of the very, very bad customer service, which is a shame. THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING.

The room was nice, tidy, and fairly clean, and the WiFi worked fine with no connection or speed issues. Mine faced something like a bus stop, so mornings were rather noisy. Breakfast was really small: a croissant, a few slices of ham and salami, a yoghurt, and an apple. That wasn’t enough.

The reception staff don’t speak English, and there are no fly screens on the windows or air coolers. Still, it’s a nice place overall.

The people were kind and kept checking in to ask how the stay was going. The bed was comfortable, and there’s a good restaurant right by the lobby. I’d definitely come again.
