The staff have been no help when I’ve contacted them several times about this. I canceled within the allowed period, but they still kept the payment and refused a refund, despite providing no service. I’d avoid booking here. It’s been a frustrating, disappointing experience, and there are plenty of hotels that treat customers honestly and respectfully. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else.
I was told I’d get my money back after canceling well before the deadline. A few days passed, then weeks, and nothing came through. The hotel has ignored my messages and now won’t refund me for a room I never used. That’s unacceptable treatment for a paying customer. I wouldn’t trust this place if honesty and reliability matter to you.
We came back to find £400-700 gone while we were out. Absolutely shit, we got robbed. Don’t stay here unless you want to get robbed.
We had a four-day break with five people in apartment 3A, and it worked really well. There was plenty of space, a little pool to relax by, and the location is right in the middle of everything. The apartment was very clean, with a fridge, cooker and washing machine. I’d book it again.
The staff were hostile, and we had a terrible stay as a group of 20 on a stag weekend. The apartments felt filthy, and one of our lads was robbed. There’s no air conditioning or security, and the front has only a gate to keep people from getting into the rooms at night. Cheap prostitutes hang around on the street outside. The pool is hidden at the back, with barred windows and barbed wire along the roof. I’d have preferred a weekend in an English jail, and I mean that. Anyone giving this place a good review must be lying or delusional. Stay away if you have any self-respect.
