It’s a private residential complex, with some owners renting out their apartments. There are two swimming pools as well as a children’s pool, plus tennis and paddle tennis courts.

A small shop is close by, and it’s an easy 15-minute walk to the beach. From the top, the view is excellent. The apartments are in a quiet area, with several swimming pools, a tennis court and underground parking on the grounds.

The views are good, and the apartments are quiet. It’s fine otherwise, but getting there without a vehicle means dealing with a lot of stairs.
