Hotel Servigroup Venus

The kindness on Christmas Eve really stayed with me. I arrived late and the staff had set out a meal of salad, cold meat, cheese, orange juice and water for me. I was blown away by how thoughtful they were. The bedrooms are immaculate, the surroundings are lovely, and there's great entertainment. It's only a short stroll to the beach, too. The food is delicious and a very high standard, and the rooms are lovely. I may have put on two stone from eating so well, but I couldn't complain about anything else. I rarely give five stars, but this hotel deserves every one. I stay in a lot of hotels, and the management and staff here are better than at some five-star places I've visited. It's a credit to the group and worth every penny. I'm so glad I booked here. Thank you.

The facilities and location are great, and the food is lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful, too. The bathroom doors are frosted glass, swing open, and have no lock. There's a huge gap around them, so you can see in when someone is using the toilet or shower. We really didn't like the lack of privacy. That's the reason we won't come back unless the doors are replaced.

They kindly kept my bag while I went out exploring on my last day. There's free coffee and fruit juice at reception around the clock, which was great. The hotel is also very convenient for the airport bus stop and train station.

The rooms were tiny, and the walls were so thin there was no soundproofing at all. The beds were extremely comfortable, though, and the shower had good pressure. Having a free fridge and safe was a bonus. The pool area was excellent, and so were the restaurant and food. It's a lovely hotel with nice staff, in a great spot near the strip and just a short walk from the beach.
