We paid a €200 deposit and were told it would take a couple of weeks to get it back. A month later, when I followed up, they said they believed we'd broken the door lock. We used it throughout the week we were there, and it wasn't broken. I asked for a receipt for the lock repair, but they haven't replied to my messages. They also never contacted me when they supposedly found the lock broken. It seems quite obviously like a way to keep deposits. If you don't want to lose €200, avoid this company.

We tried to book again for next year, but it's already full. The place is huge inside, in an ideal spot, and has a fantastic view from its enormous wraparound balcony.
