Apartamentos Carolina - Arca Rent

The view and location are excellent. It’s 10 steps from the accommodation to the beach, with a really good supermarket next door, a few streets from the end of the strip, close to aqualandia and probably a 15-minute walk to the old town for yummy tapas. There’s no noise from the front when you’re inside. It’s ideal for three people or a family with two little ones. The apartment has a nice little kitchen, lots of storage, a sofa, a TV we used for radio, a washing machine and a small drying rack. The air con works very well, and security was very good. It’s in the main bedroom and corridor, not the second bedroom, but does the job if you leave that bedroom’s door open. The pool is basic, very good, and wasn’t busy. The shower could use a minor repair, which I’m sure the owner will handle. The only issues for us were that there were no seats around the pool, and lying on the grass wasn’t very comfortable. We still haven’t had our deposit back. They said it could take up to three weeks, which seems crazy. We didn’t pay for suit cases on the flight.
