Lovely hotel in a nice area, with bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. The metro is easily accessible, and there's a KFC a short walk away. It's a quiet, chilled place with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are nice and more than comfortable enough. Breakfast had limited options, but enough for everyone. There isn't a bar or restaurant, though there are good room service choices.

A great place to stay before a cruise. Lots of bars and restaurants are within walking distance, and taxis and Uber are easy to access. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were smooth and excellent. They also held our bags after checkout so we could explore before the cruise. I'd definitely stay again.

The location worked well for getting around on foot, with Plaça d’Espanya and the National Museum nearby. But the stay was uncomfortable for much of the time because the ventilation and heating barely worked. Cleanliness and the way guests were treated also need attention. For what it costs, the quality doesn't add up, and I wouldn't come back or recommend it.

The Wi-Fi was unusable, and there wasn't a coffee machine in the room or downstairs. Breakfast cost another 10 euros, but didn't include coffee, so buying it outside was the only option. In the bathroom there was only soap and shampoo, no conditioner, and the shower had no door, so water spilled out. We had already paid in full through Agoda, yet they charged us another 15 dollars for the night, a fee we haven't had at other hotels.

Breakfast was my favorite part, it was really good. The hotel is central and easy to reach, and the receptionist helped us out when we needed a kettle. We had one brought to the room right away. Cleanliness wasn't a problem, though the beds weren't very comfortable and the soundproofing was poor. I can recommend staying here.
