The apartment worked well for us, was reasonably equipped, and sits in a good location. One bed was broken when we arrived, but they fixed it within an hour, which was excellent service. We were left waiting outside because management had removed the contact details from outside the building, so there was no advice available. The advertised cleaning didn’t happen, and when we mentioned it to reception, they gave the cleaner the wrong apartment number. They offered a complimentary evening meal at their nearby hotel to make up for it. That would have been fine, except not one staff member managed even a brief smile. To me, these details showed poor management attention.

We had a very clean, excellent two-bedroom apartment with air conditioning that worked really well. Management were polite and professional, and it had everything we needed, including cooking facilities, a kettle, microwave, toaster, iron, and hairdryer. Our walk-in shower was very nice. The pool felt a little cold at first, but warmed up during the day. There’s a cheap, cheerful cafe downstairs. You pay €150, which you get back after your stay. Thanks for having us. We’ll definitely return someday and recommend staying here. Jeremy Murphy and family.

The shower was cold most of the time, and towels and other things cost extra. Jet2 also mentioned a sauna and steam room when we booked, but those are at the sister hotel and you have to pay to use them.

We were happy with the basic room since we weren't planning to eat in the apartment. It was clean and tidy, and the beach, bars, and restaurants are all close by.

The room was fine for sleeping and did what we needed. The location is great, and I'd stay again. Check-in was confusing, though, with no clear sign showing where to go. You need to go through the two gates.
