The rooms were large and very nice, with a kitchen, spacious lounge, and balcony. It’s a great location, just two minutes from the indoor market. My only gripe during a four-day stay was that the tea, coffee, and milk weren’t topped up when the room was cleaned, and the cups and glasses weren’t washed. I didn’t have washing-up liquid or a sponge, so I just rinsed them.

We stayed in room 7/1, a great little room with a good shower and everything a couple could need. The free Wi-Fi had a good signal, and the cleaners came every day with fresh towels. Reception was staffed 24/7, and the strip and beach were ten minutes away. Muchas gracias to everyone working there.

The location was ideal, with supermarkets, pubs, and restaurants close by, and the strip a short walk away. Restaurant staff were great, helpful, and always joking around. Drinks were reasonably priced, and breakfast was good value. We’ll definitely stay again and make this our regular hotel in Benidorm. Rooms were clean, spacious, and modern, with a kitchenette, a large balcony, and a TV you can swivel. The pool isn’t huge, but we always found a sun lounger. Some people left towels on beds all day, and nobody really monitored it, which meant a few people in other groups missed out. The pool atmosphere was brilliant, with a good mix of people and ages, though there can be lively hen and stag groups, so keep that in mind if you have children. We wanted to keep our room for a late checkout because our flight was late, but the hotel couldn’t arrange it. They let us leave our cases in front of reception, so it wasn’t an issue. The only place to shower was the one around the pool.

We had a great hen do at the halley with ten others of mixed ages. Our two-bedroom apartment was really spacious, with a studio and a two-bedroom room joined by a split door, plus a big balcony. The apartments were fab, clean, and had nice staff and plenty of loungers. It’s great value for money and in a handy spot, about five minutes’ walk to the strip and ten to the beach, with food places and shops nearby. The bar and restaurant were cheap enough. We knew about the €300 deposit due at check-in. The pool could use maintenance, as the rubber lining was coming off all around it. It can also get a little rowdy by the pool with a few hen and stag groups, so I wouldn’t bring a young family. It wasn’t any trouble while we were there, though. We couldn’t fault the place and would definitely recommend it.
