Hotel Servigroup Nereo

The reception team were great. When I asked to change rooms because I wasn’t happy with the first one, the gentleman with glasses sorted another room straight away, without any fuss. He really helped make our holiday. The bar staff were good too, except for one man who was unfriendly; he should be retrained or moved to a role without guest contact. The rooms are basic and could use a refresh. It would also help to have a few microwaves in the dining room, since it’s hard to keep such a wide range of food hot.

We’ve stayed at Don Pancho a couple of times, but Servigroup gives better value for money. We’ve now been to Nereo twice, as well as Rialto and Calypso. From here on, we’ll only book Servigroup hotels.

The food was lovely and the staff were quick to help, especially Ovi and Susy, who were outstanding. My only real gripe was that meals were often lukewarm. We spent 16 days here and got home on October 16. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and Judith, our chambermaid, was brilliant. We were on the first floor, where people sunbathing on the terrace at the same level often took away our privacy on the balcony. The lounge bar and entertainment were excellent, with big-screen TVs mostly showing football. The lifts worked reliably, and the hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We’d come back.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the heated pool was a real bonus. We booked bed and breakfast, then found out the New Year’s gala dinner was included. We’d already arranged to spend that evening elsewhere with family, so we were gutted to miss what sounded like a fantastic night. Check-in was easy, with friendly, helpful reception staff. Our room had a beautiful view, plenty of mirrors, and good wardrobe space, though I could have used more power sockets. I knew there were no tea or coffee facilities, so I brought my own. The cleaners were amazing. We’d book Nereo directly online again without hesitation, as we got so many extras. Thanks for a wonderful stay! 😁
