Hotel Servigroup Pueblo Benidorm

This is my favourite hotel in Benidorm so far. The location is fantastic, the staff are very friendly, and both the room and shared spaces were clean. I especially liked the indoor pool, and there was lots of choice at mealtimes. The higher rooms also have lovely sea views. You can hear noise carrying over from the new town, but it wasn’t too loud and didn’t bother me.

The food had choices to suit everyone, and the service was great. The location is brilliant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I couldn’t fault the hotel.

I only stayed five days and wished I could have stayed longer. The room looked out over the pool and was cleaned every day. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location puts you close to the best bars and restaurants. Most of the guests, around 90%, were friendly and up for a chat. Everything I needed was here.

Another memorable break with friends, and I’m already looking forward to next year. Thanks to all the staff: the cleaners were always smiling, the bar team kept us laughing, and the restaurant staff worked incredibly hard. Special thanks again to Amanda for excellent customer service, and to Giselle at Reception, a real credit to the Pueblo team. Thank you! James x
