Pintor Sorolla

The cockroaches were the main problem. We saw a large red one in the kitchen on our first evening, and the traps they brought turned out to be already placed around the apartment. Two nights later, more appeared, big and small. We reported it, and they offered to send specialists with poison while we were there. I had my dog and my elderly, sick mother with me, so that wasn't a workable solution. This was my second rental with the company, and before this, things had been fine as long as nothing went wrong. They also hadn't told us the pool was being renovated. For accommodation that didn't meet the contract, they suggested a late checkout or an extra day, offers we couldn't use, then said we could leave and find somewhere else ourselves. The staff and co-owner were passive-aggressive. The company seems helpful until you have a problem. I don't recommend them, and I'll be contacting OMIC — Municipal Office of Consumer Information.
