There’s plenty of parking nearby, and the area is quiet with good views. The apartment itself is decent, but it’s on the 5th floor and there’s no elevator, which should be made clear. The cleaning was very poor, if there was any at all.

The apartment is great for cleanliness and facilities, and otherwise everything was perfect. But parking is hard to find, and it’s on the 4th floor with no elevator. Those two drawbacks are why I’m giving it 2 stars.

The nice view was one plus, but the beach is still a 15-minute walk away. The penthouse feels dated and has no elevator, so it isn’t suitable for families with children or elderly people. There’s clutter everywhere, and the landlord’s personal belongings fill every drawer, which really made staying there less pleasant. Cleanliness was another issue: cobwebs on the windows, expired food in the kitchen, and dishes, pots and pans that weren’t very clean.

The apartment is comfortable and clean, with good views, but it has no balcony. It’s on the 5th floor without an elevator, and that wasn’t mentioned in the description.

Free parking is a five-minute walk away. The apartment is very clean and bright, with good facilities and very good views, right in the center and up on a hill. It’s on the 5th floor with no elevator. Communication with the owner was good.
