The shower was great, the air con worked well, and the city centre is close by. We spent three nights here and had a good stay overall. Street noise carried on until early morning, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. The kitchen could use smaller pots and spoons, tea towels, and a drying rack. Cleanliness could be better too.
We were staying here while a family member was critically ill in hospital, so it was good to have a place that felt like home. The apartment was great, and having a proper oven was lovely. A few small problems came up, but they fixed them quickly. The sofa was the one downside, as it wasn't very comfortable.

The area has a lively feel and is noisy, though the bedrooms are on the other side of the building, so that wasn't really an issue. Parking is paid, but it's easy to find a spot, and using the app to buy a ticket every two hours can save money. The bigger problem was Friday night: guests in nearby apartments partied, shouting in the halls and on the landing until 3:00 AM. We tried contacting a manager from 10:00 PM but got no answer. Saturday was quiet, but after missing sleep we couldn't get up early and lost time for visiting the city. The room and bathroom also weren't very clean, with hair left in both.
The only good thing was the location. The keypad and key box both failed, the heater barely warmed the place, and each bed had only one fitted sheet and one duvet. The pillow was awful, there was no kitchen drying rack, and the toaster kept jamming. Honestly, it was a complete disaster and I wouldn't recommend it.
