Hotel los Tilos

The location, views and town were spectacular, and the terrace staff deserve special mention for their excellent service. We didn’t stay overnight, so we haven’t seen the rooms.

The hotel is well located, with great views and appropriate decor. The service was friendly and cordial, though not very efficient. Prices are economical, and you really get what you pay for. They should reconsider the quality of the food they offer. Sometimes raising prices to serve a better product would make sense. The breakfast toast with ham was truly deplorable, the patatas bravas came frozen with jarred sauce, and the black pudding seemed like the kind you’d find in any supermarket.

The views were great and it was peaceful, and we felt so welcome. The receptionist was attentive and friendly, and gave us ideas for things to do. At dinner the waitresses were kind, helpful and always smiling. The hotel felt welcoming and was tastefully decorated. Our room was nice, the bed and pillows were good, and everything was very clean. The food was excellent. We couldn’t have been more comfortable during our weekend and would definitely return. Thank you!

The staff were all very friendly, and room service was good. When we had an issue with the tap, they replaced it quickly. The place is nice and clean. The beds weren’t the best I’ve slept in, but they were fine enough to sleep on. A drawback is the lack of air conditioning. It wasn’t as windy as we expected, so we had to keep the window open, which let in a lot of street and car lights.
