At number 5 Union street, just behind the main Casa Maza building, the new facility was extremely clean and everything was new. It had a cozy feel, good heating, kind staff, and a nicely equipped shared kitchen. But it was advertised as an apartment, which was confusing. What we actually booked was two very small bedrooms with a shared bathroom, plus a shared dining area and kitchen upstairs with a courtyard. The mattresses were so thin we could feel the springs. One room barely fit the bed and didn’t even have a simple rail with a few hangers. The photos don’t show how small that room is or that there’s nowhere to organize clothes or luggage. The price wasn’t bad, but didn’t feel quite right for what we got. I strongly recommend investing in better mattresses. They’ll last longer and make guests much happier.

Ana was a lovely host, really friendly and communicative. The mountain setting is idyllic, and the apartment worked fine for a few days. We also liked the terrace and would certainly come back.

The staff were nice and available, the WiFi was great, the shower pressure was excellent, and the beds were awesome. It was quiet, practical, and comfortable. We’ll definitely return.

It was so, so expensive. We should’ve used Airbnb. There wasn’t enough room to cook, just one tiny kitchen worktop for three or more apartments. The cups were tiny, so bring your own, and the oven was only a little microwave oven. We couldn’t even fit a pizza in it. Ridiculous.

Noelia was incredibly kind and helpful from booking right through to the last minute. The apartments were spotless, cozy, and fully equipped, with a lovely warm atmosphere. They’re in the town center, close to lots of bars and restaurants, and there are beautiful hiking trails nearby. We’ll definitely be back.
