The beds weren’t proper double beds, which made sleeping uncomfortable for my partner and me. The mattresses also looked filthy, as though they hadn’t been cleaned in years, and the rooms were disgustingly dirty. When I raised it with the staff, they were unsympathetic and no help at all. Their lack of concern made the whole stay even more frustrating. I was there for a couple of days while sightseeing, and the place couldn’t even meet the basic need of giving us somewhere decent to sleep. I wouldn’t recommend it. Look elsewhere, it wasn’t worth the time, money or effort.

That pool is amazing, and the air conditioning was excellent. From the lovely balcony we could see the pool, palm trees and the ocean in the distance. It was a great spot for a lazy breakfast or coffee, or some quiet time in the evening. The coffee machine was a treat, and I loved the comfy lounge chair. Thank you. The bed made a knocking and creaking noise whenever I moved, from the headboard and mattress. I pulled it away from the headboard and wore earplugs so the rubbing wouldn’t keep me awake. Maybe it just needs tightening. It might also help to arrange with reception to leave bags there after checkout while waiting for a flight, since the apartment has to be vacated by 11.

The pool area is okay. The tennis court looks badly deteriorated and seems to have been unusable for some time.

Our flat was nice and well kept, and the pool was long and clean. The mattress was too soft for my back, though. The location is very central on Tirajana, with plenty of restaurants and bars. Yumbo is five minutes away, and the bus stop for Maspalomas and the beach is right in front of the building. I’d tell my friends to stay here next time.
