There's a free bus to the beach, and the pool is nice and clean. It's open from 10:30 to 19:00. For the price, it's good. The restaurant isn't very good, though it's convenient to have something close by. If you're allergic to perfume, let them know beforehand because the apartment is cleaned with a very strong smelling detergent.

The restaurant has lovely new Italian owners, and they make great coffee and fresh croissants for breakfast. I haven't tried their other food. The supermarket is unfortunately closed. The pool is great, and new sunbeds were bought for this summer. Everything is kept clean and well trimmed, with great maintenance, though the place looks a little rusty overall and could use some modernization. It can also get rather loud on weekends when Canary holidaymakers come to stay.

We spent six days here and had a great time. The staff were kind and really helpful, and there's a free bus to the beaches. A taxi is only 4.20 euro, too. Maspalomas Beach is around 3-5km away, and there are nice restaurants nearby. You do have to pay for WiFi in the apartment. I think this is a cheap place to stay in Maspalomas, though the supermarkets are much more expensive than in Las Palmas. Still, it's worth staying here.

Last year this place was really bad, but it's under new management now and has been turned into a great spot. The food is good, portions are big, prices are cheap, and the staff are friendly.

It's quiet here and a few kilometres from the beaches. A little expensive, but you're paying for the peace and privacy.
