I left feeling there was no care or respect for guests. The place was dirty and smelly, visibly neglected, and hardly somewhere I could relax. Cleanliness was practically nonexistent, and it seemed forgotten and not ready for anyone to stay. The photos and description didn’t match what I found, and for the price I paid I expected much more. I wouldn’t return or recommend it, and I hope others don’t have the same experience.

I booked directly with the owner and paid much less than I would have through online platforms. They were very attentive and quick to answer questions by phone or WhatsApp, which made booking and staying there much easier. I spent a few days over Christmas. The place is very central, next to the Guggenheim Museum, and has a garage.

Patricia kept in touch before and during our weekend stay and was really helpful. The apartment had all the amenities we needed and is close to everything. We were glad we chose it and would book again if we returned to Bilbao.

It was easy to get around from this quiet apartment, with public transport and accessible roads nearby. There was parking, the location was great, and the amenities suited us well. The hostess was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed, making sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend it.

The van was difficult to maneuver into the apartment’s parking lot, but I still highly recommend this place. We stayed a week ago and found it very clean. It’s close to the Guggenheim Museum and near a tram stop, so it’s well connected.
