BILBAO RIVERSIDE by STAYNN APARTMENTS

We stayed in the apartment last night and had a wonderful time. It was very clean, cozy and beautifully kept. Everything felt kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated the comfortable stay.

The location was a plus, close enough to walk to the city centre, and the all-digital access was convenient and practical. But once the sofa bed was out, the apartment for 4 persons felt very small. There was barely room for anything else, and even walking around was difficult. As other customers have said, it feels more like a dorm or room than an apartment. The kitchen and bedroom also had no wall between them, which was a big downside for the stay. Hot water was limited. I was told the tank refills by itself once it's empty, but having to wait an hour to shower can affect a whole trip. That system needs improvement.

We stayed three days with my family, four adults, to explore Bilbao, and the flat was comfortable. It's near the Museum, stylish, clean and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Check-in was easy, and the representative was very responsive. We had no problems. One small thing to improve: please leave more than one garbage bag and provide napkins.

The accommodation was as described, and the host was very friendly. They helped us get in before the check-in time. We had a very good experience and would check availability here if we return to Bilbao.
