I slept really well despite being right in the center of Casco Viejo Bilbao. The room was cosy, stylish, and furnished with new pieces. Online check-in and communication were both super easy. Definitely deserves five stars, maybe more. Thanks 👍🏼

The windows did an incredible job keeping street noise out, and the little balcony was cute. The room was spacious, with a great power shower. It’s right in the old town, close to the best bars and restaurants. We could hear noise from other rooms, though, including bathroom doors sliding, which wasn’t ideal late at night. Still, a really nice room.

Casco Viejo is a great base, and the rooms were clean. I enjoyed my stay overall and would recommend it, but the setup has a few drawbacks. There’s no bathroom door, and the bright switch for the mirror light made it hard to sleep. A door would help with that too. With no reception, you communicate only through WhatsApp or email, which feels impersonal. It reminded me of having a private room in a youth hostel, even though those usually have someone at reception.

The room was lovely and the location was great, but the toilet smelled like sewage and made the whole room unpleasant. I would have changed hotels if I’d been staying more than one night.

We slept better here than anywhere else on our holiday. The room was gorgeous, modern, and spotless, and the location was just incredible. Service was excellent too, especially the help with parking and any problems.
