We stayed here last week and really liked the large, comfortable room and nice bed. The hotel is well placed in the old town, and free parking is available in the back yard on a first come basis. The staff were excellent and friendly. The receptionist was helpful and gave us some good recommendations. Highly recommend.

8/10
The staff were extremely helpful, and breakfast was reasonable value. The hotel is handy for buses and trams. Rooms were clean, though the beds felt a bit too firm for me. Parking is limited, and the ramp into the parking area is so steep that it was easy to scrape the bottom of the car.

The location is perfect, right beside the old town, and even with the August fiestas, it stayed quiet in the evening. The staff were kind and helpful too. This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in, cleaner than any average 4/5 stars hotel in London. I'd definitely come back and recommend it to people I know.

If a good night's sleep matters, avoid this place. Noise from outside went on all day and all night, and it was unbearable. When I asked whether anything could be done, they said they couldn't help because it wouldn't make a difference. The soundproofing inside the hotel is poor too.

6/10
We liked the location and the interior at first. What really hurt the experience was the impression that parking would probably be available at the hotel or nearby. It wasn't, and finding somewhere cost us a lot of time and nerves on a trip where we had very little time to spare.
