After 6 there was no reception, and we couldn't get into the property. The access system was meant to come with an app link before arrival, but I got several emails addressed to the wrong person. They promised to send the right link, but it never came. When someone finally answered, they wouldn't come over and gave us the safe combination instead. There were at least 12 keys in it, and the four people with me couldn't work out how to get in either. We were left locked out in a country where we don't speak the language, with no real help. The service was atrocious, and I can't recommend the place. I checked the address again, and this review is for the right location. The after-6 number connects to a recording with several options, all in Spanish, which is incomprehensible to a tourist. The owner might want to apologize instead of trying to throw dirt at the reviewer. DO NOT USE!!!

The beds were comfortable, the linens smelled clean, and we felt safe and secure, which matters most to me. My cousin and I stayed for seven days and, since we were out most of the day and ate out, it worked well for our budget. It's a student residence, so the room is bare, with tissues, towels, and blankets; there's also a kitchenette with a mini-fridge and induction cooker. Public transport, restaurants, shops, and convenience stores are all close by. I give it three stars because the basic provisions are lacking and the floors need a thorough clean. I'd still book again and come better prepared. A hand soap, electric kettle, and some plates and cutlery would make the stay more comfortable.

I checked out on January 4th, but my €1103 deposit still hasn't been returned. The contract said it would be paid back within 90 days, and it's now more than two months past that deadline. I've sent several follow-up emails and received neither a reply nor my money. I stayed here during a research visit as a visiting researcher at UPV. At first it seemed suitable for a professional trip: the facilities looked okay, local staff were polite, and everything appeared in order. I'm shocked by how this ended. What seemed reliable turned out the opposite, and now it feels like fraud, taking people's money and disappearing after the contract ends. I can't recommend the residence because of how they've handled my deposit. If you're thinking of staying, I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere in case you lose your money. This isn't how a professional organisation should operate.

The walls didn't block much sound. On the first night I heard people having 'exercise', and there was loud noise upstairs from a woman walking around in high heels. The room had no soap, and staff couldn't provide any. There was only a sheet, no blanket, and the TV shown in the pictures is fake. The place seems set up for short or long term rentals rather than weekend guests. Check-in was only from 15:00-19:00, so I had to rearrange my first day to return. On the first day I also got an email saying checkout was by 11am, despite having booked two nights. I had to come back during the short period I knew staff would be there just to make sure my access card still worked, which affected my plans again. The air conditioning didn't work in my room, where it was 28 degrees. A staff member couldn't get it running, so I was moved, but the AC there was off too. They eventually turned it on for the whole floor. It took an hour, and the food I'd bought had gone stale by then. This was an unpleasant stay, the first time I've had to complain about accommodation in over 15 years. I've visited Spain six times in the past year and had only good experiences before.
