We left with a very negative impression and wouldn't recommend this place. At check-out, an employee pointed to the trash and told us to take it out ourselves. We'd never had a hotel try to leave that responsibility to guests before, and we found it completely unacceptable. They also asked for a 200-euro deposit that wasn't mentioned in our Booking reservation. It felt like the rules were changing as they went along. The trouble began at check-in, when staff demanded passports for every family member, including the children, even though I had made the reservation myself. No other hotel had ever asked us for that, and it felt unjustified and showed little understanding of how to treat guests. We stayed from 30.11.2025 to 01.12.2025, and the whole experience was extremely disappointing.

The fridge was warmer than an oven, there was no aircon, and the water barely ran for two minutes, not enough to properly wet your hair. The decor was horrible and disgusting. Worst apartment I've ever stayed in. Absolute rubbish!

The kids' pool worked really well for my daughters, who were 2 and 4, and it was completely separate from the adult pool. They could play together safely while I watched from the side. I came last month with my two girls, and we loved the stay. As a single parent travelling alone with two toddlers, I appreciated how helpful the staff were and how great they were with the kids. Our apartment was huge, clean, and had a great bathroom. The hotel was close to the beach and shops, but sitting partway up the hill meant we didn't have to deal with much noise or foot traffic at night. It's not luxury, but the apartments are affordable and good value. We plan to come back next year!

The staff were very kind, and the pool, though small, was great for families. The rooms were simple but clean, as was the bathroom. We had a beautiful panorama from the large balconies.

The pool wasn't in use. The room itself was clean, and the view was nice, but I don't think it's worth it. They wanted a 120 euro deposit for a room that costs about 70 euro a night, and you have to go to another address to get the key. After driving for hours, we arrived to find no parking, had a hard time finding a spot, then were told to go to that other address. Wi-Fi costs 5 euro and only works on one device. All of that was ridiculous.
