The atmosphere is charming and welcoming, and the food is presented beautifully. I really enjoyed the fish and meat dishes, all prepared with care, as well as the desserts. There’s also a children’s menu at a very reasonable price and an outdoor play area where kids can play without worry. Undoubtedly the best option in Bocairent if you want a good meal.

We arrived late for our reservation but still felt comfortable and at ease, thanks to the excellent service. In the beautiful setting, the restaurant was wonderful. The children had perfectly cooked, tender entrecote, and my lamb chops were tender too. The coqueta pericana was very good, as was the chorizo. For dessert, I recommend the torrija and chocolate coulant. Both were exquisite.

The place is nice, but the restaurant and service need improvement, and the food quality was a real shame. My partner and I shared a green salad that was basically a bagged mixed salad with literally three cherry tomatoes. The "coqueta" with pericana was a portion of coca, not coqueta, with pericana on Philadelphia cream cheese. That conventional spreadable cheese overpowered good pericana. Local extra virgin olive oil, slivers or slices of aged or raw sheep's cheese, or simply just the pericana would have worked much better. The grilled poussin was unpleasant, tasting of burnt fat, and it was raw inside. I suppose fat dripped onto the coals and caught fire. With lower heat, no flames, and a little more time, it could have been delicious. One last thing, wines must be uncorked in front of the customer. Don't bring them out already opened from the kitchen. I hope they take this criticism constructively.

We came on a recommendation, but left disappointed. The location and surroundings are idyllic, though the food and service didn't meet expectations. Our green salad was just bagged sprouts from Mercadona with four cherry tomatoes. The pericana croquette with Philadelphia cream cheese clashed with the dish and overwhelmed the pericana's flavor. The charcoal grilled spicy chicken tasted of charcoal and was raw in the middle. For dessert, the brioche French toast was dry. The bottle of Juan de Juanes wine arrived already open. We told the waitress about all of this.
